the fitness center had a decent selection of equipment. so it met my basic needs for a workout, i guess.
The room i got was smaller than expected. It felt cramped. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, a problem. this led to moisture buildup. we loved the pool. but the view was.. uninspiring.

We are Hilton Honors members and this hotel had a superb location. Fatima greeted us upon arrival. She offered a warm welcome. We received an upgrade to the Executive level that included lounge access! Maria and Victoria provided great customer service, which helped everyone feel relaxed after a long day. I found the Underground station was a quick five-minute walk away.
The mattress felt quite tough. I experienced poor sleep because of that. I've stayed at other Hilton locations where the mattresses feel heavenly. I was disappointed in this regard.

The hotel sits within walking distance of major attractions. Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, and Borough Market are nearby. The proximity to London Bridge Station provided easy access to various parts of the city. I found that so convenient.

I had an excellent breakfast. The food was very tasty. The Executive Lounge offered great drinks and canapés in the evening. Both the food and the service in the lounge were excellent. They were first class.

The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and balloons! A bottle of sparkling wine and some treats were there upon our arrival. The room had a very comfortable feel. I appreciated the great view of the Shard.

the staff provided really good service . i found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained. its location allowed walkable access to several nearby attractions. the staff also ensured i felt welcome and valued throughout my visit.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in a corner of the room.

Excellent Hotel Near Key Attractions

The location proved perfect with excellent access to major attractions. The hop-on-hop-off bus and underground station were within a quick five-minute walk. Borough Market, with its food options, sat just seven minutes away by foot. I savored the convenience. The fitness center was pretty good, equipped better than most hotel gyms I have visited.
The room faced an adjacent building a short distance away. This lack of privacy meant people could see into my room from nearby rooftops. I recommend blackout curtains.

the executive lounge access was a plus. it had a good selection of snacks and drinks (i liked the coffee machine). the staff in the executive lounge were attentive and made sure everything was well stocked. the location is excellent as it is close to transport links.
the heating system in my room was difficult to operate. i was not able to get the room to a comfortable temperature. the shower leaked a bit, and the water pressure was not great. the bed felt too narrow.
