a less than sparkling experience

central locationmissing soapbreakfast absence

the location proved acceptable , offering easy access to nearby amenities.

my room lacked basic amenities , like soap near the sink. the absence of breakfast despite paying for it added insult to injury , particularly with no staff available to address the issue. to top it off , the breakfast was apparently served on a tray , prison style , a detail conspicuously absent from the hotel's website.

friendly staffcarpet burnhot room

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly

the room looked tired with an iron burn on the carpet i found the radiator in the bathroom would not turn off the room was uncomfortably hot i had to keep the window open all night it was not good value

the staff was friendly enough, which i did appreciate.

I found THE room rather disappointing. the shower had very low pressure, so it was difficult to wash my hair. also, the noise from the street was quite loud at night. It made it hard to sleep.
