Absolutely wonderful stay!

I was super happy with the location. It is ideal. I found the modern design gave off such a luxurious feel. I also thought the light system that lets the staff know when to clean the room was very nice. The bed provided great comfort and everything seemed so clean!

The rooms was very small, and this did make it difficult to access the small wardrobe.

The rooms contain cleverly designed spaces with everything needed close by. Beds are comfortable also the rooms are clean, always important when I stays at hotels during my adventures.

Staff were always helpful and accommodating whenever I required they help. Breakfast was good and it included an adequate choice for the various tastes of everyone who visits the hotel every day.

The room I occupied was very small, this included the bathroom. The space around the bed was also narrow. The beds felt quite uncomfortable and soft.

The location was convenient, close to Paddington station.

my room was small. The air conditioning was quite noisy, so I had to turn it off at night. There was no wi-fi signal available in my room, even after I asked the front desk to activate it. I found it very frustrating.
