cold roomheating instructions
I was annoyed. There were no instructions for the heating system in the room. The room was cold upon my arrival. I also found the shower problematic , it was not working. The main power switch was off and difficult to locate behind the bed stand unit.

hidden switchcold shower
The heating system lacked clear instructions, a major oversight. i arrived to a chilly room. more frustrating, the shower's main power switch was hidden behind the bed stand.. maintenance couldn't locate it either. next morning, i enjoyed a hot shower, however my husband had to endure a cold one. Apparently, other guests experienced this too. perhaps the boiler had issues..

A Lovely Getaway!

The rural location provided a peaceful escape. The food tasted AMAZING!!! I found fresh produce expertly prepared. The bedroom was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. I particularly enjoyed the modern ensuite shower room.
I found the bar a bit too cosy.

Our beautiful twin room featured nice decoration, contributing to a relaxing stay. Everything was clean. The room was equipped with high-quality fittings. I found everything in perfect working order, especially in the spacious shower.

The evening meal tasted VERY good. The desserts had beautiful presentation and delicious taste also. Breakfast happened nearby and felt regal in a beautiful dining room. The head chef met my dog. He loves dogs.
The staff didn't share details like checkout and WiFi code. There were no Christmas decorations at ALL. The room had a Nespresso machine but no pods were available.

the room decorations were lovely and it was warm and cozy. the food at dinner tasted wonderful and the presentation was beautiful. i enjoyed the outdoor seating area because it looked very nice. we liked walking through the pretty woodland garden after dinner, seeing many flowering plants.
the room have no shower gel and i had to go to aldi to get it. this was a slight inconvenience because i expected this to be provided.
