the staff were friendly and helpful .
Breakfast service was a mess. Food ran out constantly and the kitchen struggled to keep up with demand.. getting a complete hot breakfast at once was impossible.

friendly staff amazing options beautiful view
i adored the super friendly staff, they were always ready to help! the breakfast had amazing options and fresh ingredients, it was good. the view of the water outside was beautiful, and i noticed it seemed like being in a boat cabin!
the room was quite small, i didn't particularly like two single beds pushed together to simulate a double, that was my only small issue.

The location is near the excel exhibition center and close to public transportation stations. the proximity to the o2 arena is a definite plus. You can easily attend events. the hotel is also next to the cable car, a fun way to travel!

i loved the quick check-in process. my room had modern amenities. the hotel's design was striking and contemporary. i received complimentary drinks because of a slight delay with my room. the location was awesome, very close to local shops and restaurants (a pleasant surprise!).
the room was slightly small for my liking.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the cable cars. this provided quick access to the o2 arena. It was only minutes away. the rooftop sun deck offered amazing views and a relaxing space.
The lift was not working. It caused minor inconvenience.
