the location was really central, close to everything i needed.
the room they initially gave me felt small. it was a club double room, but it was still smaller than i thought. the bathroom design was also strange. i didn't find any space for my things near the sink.

The location is perfect for accessing many theatres, restaurants, and tourist spots. The staff paid attention to detail and provided an unexpected surprise, a bottle of Prosecco, for my birthday. The Club Double Room was comfortable and very quiet. I also found the complimentary fruit and wine to be a thoughtful touch.

the staff was kind. i found little touches like a handwritten welcome note special. the team ensured our stay felt personalized and romantic!
i experienced a slight delay during check-in. the process could have been a bit smoother.

the staff provided amazing service, consistently attentive to my needs. the location proved central and convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i found the provided tea and coffee in the room a good touch. the provision of fresh fruit daily was a pleasant surprise!
The music from the nearby areas persisted late into the night, slightly affecting sleep quality. Though i managed. i do wish the soundproofing was better, considering the vibrant surroundings.

The hotel sits near piccadilly circus. This provides easy access to soho, china town, and covent garden. green park is within a short walking distance, as are several theatres, really useful! public transport links are plentiful and close.

My premier double room included sufficient space for luggage. It also felt far from cramped. double-glazed windows effectively reduced outside noise. the bed offered considerable comfort, and i noticed the toiletries had a lovely scent.
