The location was GREAT. It really helped me get around.
I found the room quite dated. It REALLY needed updating. The bathroom wasn't very clean. I saw some hair and dirty spots. It definitely wasn't what I expected for the price i paid. It was frustrating.

my room had a fine view of the millennium bridge. the service was attentive, i enjoyed delicious food in the restaurant. my stay was indeed a very enjoyable experience.
the room felt a bit old and in need of some modernization. my junior suite felt small, the bathroom was particularly compact. i expected a bit more space given the price point.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

My visit included a room upgrade that provided a beautiful river view. I found pampering items and dressing gowns available in my spacious room. Coffee was also available, it was a nice touch to have in the morning. The room was really gorgeous and quite luxurious.
The hotel bar was very nice but quite expensive. The value for money wasn't amazing there, a bit disappointing.
