Really good Stay on The Palm

The pools and beach access were great. My suite was well designed with a beautiful bathroom. It featured two terraces. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly. Monirul from the HK team ensured everything was immaculate. Jabeer and his colleagues in the Premier Lounge provided warm service. The variety of food and drinks in the lounge were excellent.

My room had a good size. It provided a nice view of the city. The bed was comfortable. Rooms were very clean and big. Signature rooms were great and well maintained.

Check-in and check-out were fast. The staff was super accommodating. Maisha was really kind and accommodated me with a room that had a view. Justin, Joseph, Myat Tolida and Komang at the lounge provided excellent service.

The resort is in one of the best spots at the top of The Palm. It is maybe 20 minutes to downtown depending on traffic. Laguna Beach Bar offered amazing music every day. It has very good DJs.

Really good Stay, Refined Luxury and Attentive Service

The suites provide generous space. This makes it comfortable for families. Our suite included a fine bathroom. It also had two terraces, a feature that enhanced the stay. The Premier Lounge provided warm, attentive service. The variety and quality of food stood out.
There was an extra charge for spa facilities. This came as a surprise. I am accustomed to complimentary access at similar resorts.

The breakfast buffet offered good variety. The resort has multiple restaurants with nice food. I tried a couple of them. The Porterhouse restaurant delivered a lovely dinner. The food and service were excellent making it nice.
