extra fee unavailable items
The hotel contacted me saying I had to pay an extra fee to use the pool. I booked a non-refundable room. I think guests should have pool access during certain hours. The restaurant was noisy and disappointing too. The food leaned toward quantity over quality, a real shame. Some basic menu items were unavailable, surprising given the hotel's size.

The hotel provides complimentary water in the rooms. The bathroom was modern and large.. the shower was great. I liked the tea and coffee making facilities.
The bed was a bit hard.

a reasonable visit
available parking pleasant grounds clean room acceptable amenities limited milk long heating time irritating noise
i found the parking consistently available and the grounds were large. my room was clean. the amenities were acceptable. the location is convenient for accessing the motorway network.
the amount of milk in the room was limited to four small sachets. the room temperature took considerable time to adjust. i also noticed noise from neighboring rooms like showering and toilet flushing, which i found irritating.

really good stay, a revisit delight
refurbished suite comfortable bed convenient location amazing food
it had been some time since my last visit, and this hotel continues to impress. the refurbished suite featured great decor and a very comfortable bed. i ate at the hotel restaurant , and the food was amazing!!! the hotel is located a mile from the roman city with its walls and amphitheater.
The air conditioning was not effective. The room remained too warm. i reported the issue, but a solution wasn't provided .

friendly staff complimentary drink blackout curtains uncovered pillow disabled parking inadequate pillowcase
i was happy to find the staff super friendly. they upgraded my room as i was there for my birthday. i received a complimentary drink at the bar. blackout curtains helped me get a great night's sleep
the pillowcases did not fit properly. i ended up sleeping on the uncovered pillow. this felt unhygienic. there was disabled parking but it was full of cars not displaying badges
