The staff was helpful. I received assistance with all my needs. I appreciated the great location. It was an easy walk to many places. The hotel decor was lovely, especially with Christmas decorations.
The reception was not helpful. I was not assisted with luggage during check-in. A bill was not provided after blocking funds on my card. I felt there was a lack of transparency during the process.

service felt more personal than at a larger hotel and was prompt. check in and check out was excellent. room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. location was great with an easy walk to covent garden.
the door man was not present when i arrived and i wandered around searching for reception. check in was overly long and didn't include check out time. room was still being cleaned when i entered it.
