the staff was always friendly. daniel at the door was very helpful, he. amanda in the restaurant was hilarious and super energized every day. matt at the front desk was super helpful and had a great sense of humor (which i appreciated!).
the bathroom was a bit small for a one-bedroom apartment.

the location is very convenient. there are many restaurants nearby. it is also close to a park, perfect for a walk. public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast service had a proper barista, they ensured everyone received their desired coffee. the hotel lent me a picnic blanket for the park (this was above expectations).

the washing machine in the apartment was a huge plus. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the space was good for a family of four. the location felt safe and central. breakfast was available and very nice!
the walls seemed thin, i could hear babies next door.

The gin selection was awesome. I tried a unique flavored gin. cocktails were available, and the vibe was relaxed. the afternoon tea included sandwiches and sweets. Everything tasted delicious and was presented beautifully.

abdulrahman was friendly and helped us a lot . the front desk went to so much trouble to get our rooms ready early. the staff went to great lengths to track me down to return my phone.
