I found the breakfast setup inadequate. Only two coffee machines existed. One was frequently out of service. This led to queues lasting 10 to 15 minutes for coffee of mediocre quality. I noticed black tile corners around the bath. The breakfast selection lacked variety. I found the offerings repetitive .

The location is amazing! i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were very helpful, especially at reception. my room had strong air conditioning, which i definitely appreciated. there were also drinks in the fridge. That was nice after a long day.

The breakfast provided a good variation of options. I find many shops and restaurants located nearby. The staff seemed pleasant during my arrival. The room itself was nice size and clean. It does meet my needs.

The tv had no english channels. I ordered a double bed but got two singles that was made up as singles, they were pushed together.

The hotel provide limited facilities, i did notive one elevator seemed to be under maintenance, it create some queues during peak hours. Generally the lobby has comfortable seating and offers free newspapers.

Staffs was friendly upon arrival and check-in was handled efficiently, i have noticed that requests for additional amenities like tap water need to be collected from reception because they don't deliver directly to rooms.
