the location was pretty good, close to transport links.
The room i booked, a 'double studio', felt smaller than advertised. the air conditioning barely worked, and it was quite warm in the room even at night. It made it difficult to sleep. also, there wasn't enough storage space for luggage.

great LOCATION, compact ROOM

the bed it was comfortable. i used the kitchenette daily, very convenient for morning coffee and preparing light meals. the bathroom, though small, i found its layout efficient. i got a free upgrade on arrival to an upper floor room with a window.
floors WASN't that clean.

this place is near two tube stations, which i found convenient. many shops and restaurants are very close. hyde park is a short distance, it allowed for easy access to green space.

the room features a kitchenette with all necessary utensils for cooking. i found many cafes nearby. it compensated for the hotel not having breakfast facilities. those cafes offered varied options.

great stay!
short walk
I really liked the cleanliness of the room. it was cleaned everyday. the location is also great. Queensway and bayswater tube stations are close by. kensington gardens are a short walk away.
the floors needed mopping. i wiped a coffee spill, and the tissue came up black even away from the spill. they clearly had not been mopped for a while.
