I appreciated the location, as it was close to a supermarket and other attractions. I found several great restaurants within 15 minutes walking distance. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating. I was also lucky to find parking right at the front door. The room was a good size and clean. I enjoyed being so close to many amenities.
I thought the room felt a little cramped.

the location is acceptable it is close to public transport options.
The street noise at night was unacceptable windows clearly did not provide adequate soundproofing. i also had issues with the bathroom door. It was difficult to close. i reported this to the front desk, but the problem persisted .

the staff was helpful during check-in at 12:30am due to flight delays.
The bathroom door knob fell off while i was inside with the door closed. There was no emergency button or phone in the bathroom. i had to use an item from my toiletries to open the door. the hotel's design is pretty, but the quality and maintenance are poor.

i found the staff pleasant they were always available to help with directions and suggestions. my room was super clean and well kept i especially liked the modern decor. breakfast offered many choices i particularly appreciated fresh pastries and fruit. the location worked wonderfully for me with easy access to public transportation options for exploring.
the noise levels from the street were more prominent than expected that disturbance affected sleep quality.

stiff doorunavailable staff
the tv was set to german initially. each day, i had to ask staff to reset it. frustratingly, no one was available in the evening. the bathroom door was stiff and scratched the floor, it made a terrible noise. these small things added up to a less than stellar stay.

bleak viewcramped dining area
The view from the room wasn't great. It faced a rather bleak and uninspiring scene. pigeons seemed to congregate there. the breakfast buffet also disappointed me. the dining area felt small, and the quality resembled a hostel more than a proper hotel.
