Excellent Stay
rooftop pool excellent view comfortable room helpful staff
The rooftop pool offered amazing views and great service. My room, a Junior Suite, was very very comfy and tidy. I slept very well. Staff members were helpful and friendly.. I appreciated their attentiveness. The hotel's location within an amazing park offered a peaceful setting.
Everything felt upscale. paying extra to use the sauna seemed unnecessary.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location and is approximately 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. It is also conveniently close to the harbor, with just a short 5-minute taxi ride to the cruise terminal.

egg station fresh product polished stone shower cubicle
The breakfast WAS AMAZING!!! I saw fresh products, an egg station for omelets, and a staff member slicing ham. The offer was more than enough for me, so I left the breakfast table MORE than satisfied.
The pool surround is VERY polished stone. I slipped and fell. I bruised my hip. I found nowhere to hang clothes or towels in the pool changing rooms. There were no lights in the changing and shower cubicles.

minibar policy water
The room size felt adequate, I suppose.
I found the minibar policy irritating. Only getting a small amount of water upon arrival and being charged for every subsequent bottle felt petty. It is UNACCEPTABLE.

spacious room excellent amenities various options
i stayed in a junior suite premium. the room felt very spacious and had plenty of room to relax. the bathroom included excellent amenities, everything worked perfectly. breakfast WAS very nice with so many options to pick from
there was no provision of water. i have NEVER stayed in a five star hotel that doesn't provide complimentary water
