I found the staff very helpful. They quickly resolved a power issue in my room! they offered free parking and breakfast as compensation. the cocktails at the bar were also wonderful. i would consider staying here again due to the efficient handling of the problem.
the room design felt a little awkward to me.

The room was spacious and comfortable after my five weeks of travel. The bathroom and shower stood out. the hotel's proximity to the mariadeck tram station provided easy access to various attractions. the location was very convenient.

parking was easily accessible. staff reacted fast to the power outage in my room, i really liked it. they provided complimentary parking and breakfast, which i found a nice gesture. the bar's cocktails added to the overall experience.

the hotel is close to tourist attractions, yet removed from the busiest areas, and this was a plus. the tram station right next to the hotel made getting around simple. i could walk to the city center easily.

The lobby had a very cool, informal feel. Staff uniforms matched the desk, bar, and restaurant designs with a casual style. The room size greatly was very good, a pleasant surprise in Europe. I found secure parking directly on site, which eased my travel.
I noticed tea stains on a supposedly fresh mug. This raised concerns about cleaning practices.

the location is excellent and near to the tram. it's very convenient with the tram direct to the airport for €1.90. the staff was friendly and polite. the room was spacious , immaculate and well kept.
i found that the hotel doesn't offer any mini-fridges in any rooms. this absence presented a challenge , since i needed a fridge for my medications. the lack of this amenity was an inconvenience.

the corner beautiful king room featured a large bed with soft linens and fluffy pillows. a cafetiere for coffee and tea was available , alongside complimentary biscuits. the room was a very large corner unit offering ample space.

The location was perfect for accessing the city center and the airport shuttle was right outside the hotel.
The room lacked a refrigerator, inconvenient. The coffee at breakfast tasted terrible. I also experienced very limited food offerings of poor quality .
