The hotel provided free shuttle buses to the beach and several malls. This was very convenient! I liked that I could use my half-pension voucher for lunch or dinner. The flexibility was great. The theme evenings in the restaurant added a special touch!
The room was not clean. The carpet seemed quite dirty.

the housekeeping service was disappointing. the room was not cleaned well and the hallways smelled cheap. every day my bed was made differently, it shows a lack of consistency.

i experienced a wonderful stay. the staff were helpful. they provided free transport to key locations like jbr and mall of emirates. the hotel is located in a quiet area and includes necessary amenities nearby like a supermarket and a pharmacy.
the room service cleaning was not that good. the pool area was too small. the hotel felt too chaotic.

The room was not good at all. the bathroom felt very small, i barely fit in the shower. also, the breakfast quality was low. I didn't find any high-quality options. the internet was very slow!
