A good stay overall.
helpful staff many bus comfy bed insufficient storage buffet style long queue
The staff was helpful. The hotel is near MANY bus services RIGHT outside its doors. The bed was comfy. I slept REALLY well.
My room lacked sufficient storage for a week-long stay. That WAS annoying. The lobby restaurant is buffet-style ALL day. This was too much. The check-in queue WAS pretty long.

comfortable bed constant temperature super clean housekeeping
The king size bed in my premier king room was comfortable. housekeeping kept everything super clean during my 3-night stay. the air conditioning worked very well and maintained a constant cool temperature. It was never too hot or cold.
One of the elevators was a bit slow. I waited for a few minutes once.

the king bed was comfy. the room was also beautifully cleaned. the location is good and the staff were lovely too.
the email address listed didn't work. i tried emailing to reserve rooms on the same floor. there was no drinking water supply in the room!
