convenient location friendly staff rooftop pool crowded breakfast lack of privacy night noise
the location is amazing i could get everywhere so easily the staff were also super friendly and helpful i appreciated the rooftop pool a lot it was perfect
i found the breakfast to be just okay it was often very crowded with long queues the room design was a bit impractical the bathroom lacked privacy i also noticed some noise at night it was coming from loud music

Convenient Location and Great Amenities
direct access rooftop pool
I appreciated the direct access to the shops and the train station. This made moving around so much easier. The rooftop swimming pool was also amazing (I spent most of my time there).
The initial check-in process on the tenth floor was a bit inconvenient. It required transferring to a different set of elevators to reach the ground level each time.

The hotel is located on top of a shopping center. It provides easy access to various dining options. Hundreds of food choices are available in the malls and metro basements within a short walk.

The 19th floor features a superb pool with a bar. The view from the pool is fantastic, with a great perspective of the surrounding area (especially at night.).

The room had comfortable beds and it was well-equipped. There were special taps with drinkable water, eliminating plastic usage. The room was clean upon my arrival.

Fantastic Location and Pool
central location great pool city views
I spent three nights here. The hotel's location is central. The rooftop terrace features a bar and a great pool. City views are visible from the rooftop.
The rooftop area wasn't quite as picturesque as the promotional photos indicated.

I found plenty of food options in the shopping mall downstairs. A 7/11 also offers water and juice. I recommend exploring the diverse culinary options available near the hotel.

The hotel staff was very helpful. they allowed us to use the pool and changing rooms after checkout. This was much appreciated and allowed us a relaxing end to our trip before a late flight.

The rooftop infinity pool is open until 10 pm. A swimming spot is provided. The hotel is directly above Somerset MRT. It made getting around easy.

rooftop pool amazing view
The MRT station is right below the hotel (Somerset station). It was very easy to get around the city. The rooftop pool has amazing views. It operates until 10pm. I did enjoy swimming there after a day of sightseeing.
The elevator sometimes took a little while to arrive (especially during peak hours).

the ice and water dispenser was acceptable.
The staff weren't exactly overdoing it with the helpfulness at check-in. They missed the part where they tell you where anything is. the pool scene was so packed i ended up draped on the deck with just a towel. when you shell out this much, you expect a fighting chance at a sunbed.

The hotel's location is superb, directly connected to the MRT station, made getting around the city very easy. My room had great cleanliness. The housekeeping service was thorough.
i found that there were many children running and playing, especially in the pool area, and it made it difficult to fully relax.

the location was super convenient near somerset mrt station. i found the staff friendly and helpful . i especially appreciated the green initiative providing filtered water in the room eliminating plastic bottle waste.
the absence of a full-length mirror in the room was slightly inconvenient.

the breakfast buffet offered a diverse and tasty selection including chinese indian and european options. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastry selections that were available each morning i visited the dining area.
