Excellent Location and Service
central location helpful staff breakfast selection bike hire
The staff was helpful, and I found the location very convenient , being close to the central train station. The breakfast offered a good selection of items , which I thought was a great way to start the day. Bike rentals were available directly from the hotel . I appreciated the 24-hour availability of tea and coffee downstairs.
I noticed that the room lacked a minibar , which would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.

The room was spacious and clean , with big, comfortable beds , perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Tea and coffee were available downstairs at all times , a definite plus for those late-night cravings or early mornings.

The staff spoke many languages and were super helpful , , made communication easy and stress-free. The reception area offered fresh water with lemon and mint , and there was even a light alcoholic drink available in the evenings.

great breakfast breakfast area convenient location train station friendly staff small room street noise tiny bathroom
i liked the location, it was close to the train station. this made it easy to get around. the breakfast was also pretty good, with a nice selection of foods. i especially liked that the staff was helpful and friendly.
the room was a bit small. it felt cramped with luggage. there was some noise from the street. it made it a little difficult to sleep. the bathroom was also quite tiny.

convenient location many choices kind staff gluten-free options
i found the location super convenient, especially with the central station so close. grabbing a quick bite or drink was easy because there were convenience stores nearby. the breakfast selection had many choices, even gluten-free options, that was amazing!!! the staff were also very kind.
i noticed that the carpet in the room wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. it's a minor thing, but i still wanted to mention it.

the hotel provides complimentary tea, coffee, and lemon water in the lobby 24/7, so convenient. the reception area is very cute, and the staff are always ready to assist with any questions or needs i had.

terrible shower unrepaired items
The location was indeed convenient to the central station.
The shower design was terrible , and water went everywhere , turning the bathroom floor into a skating rink. Several items throughout the room were old , broken , and unrepaired.
