The hotel has high-quality toiletries. I enjoyed the heated pool. The sauna and steam room were a plus. Bike hire was available for exploring the area.

I really adored the hotel's decor. The breakfast selection was so varied, it had many quality products. Its location was good. It only took two metro stops to reach the center, it was quite convenient.
Our room felt small. We moved to an upgraded room to have a passable size. This caused a huge delay and trouble with reception. The baby cot we booked and paid for was not in the room, it.

The breakfast was overhyped and expensive , with limited options for lactose-free alternatives beyond almond milk for coffee. The pool closed too early at 9 PM and the room felt cramped. Also , the toilet in the room was enclosed in glass with gaps , this provided little privacy. I felt quite disappointed due to the high cost and multiple shortcomings.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was about a 20-minute walk to the Metro. I liked having a kiosk available in a communal area for coffee and tea. The pool and steam room were quite nice. Kimonos and slippers were in the room. Additional towels were readily provided when I went to use the pool and spa.
I emailed ahead to reserve bikes, but they were all rented upon arrival. The hallway didn't resemble a luxury hotel at ALL. Breakfast was crowded, and I had to sit in a chilly spot by the door. The odor on my floor seeped into the rooms.

The hotel has a lovely courtyard garden with a heated pool. I found the ethnic decor very cool. The free tea and coffee lounge area on each floor was handy. The breakfast offered healthy and substantial options.
