The hotel location is very convenient at the central train station. The breakfast buffet at le Temps was nice. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese omelettes and fruit juices.
The gym costs 1,000 yen per day to use. The standard room I booked was old, and the bathroom had a strong odor. There was black mold on the wall next to the bathtub.

Really good Convenience and Comfort
convenient locationfriendly staff
The location above the train station was supremely convenient. It eased my travels . Isetan Department store being within the same complex was a pleasant surprise. It offered enjoyable shopping opportunities. I found the staff friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good with Japanese items.

The staff was amazing. The room was generous and had everything I needed. The bed was great and the shower was excellent. I checked in and out from the lounge. The lobby staff provided clear guidance to the lounge for check in.
I noticed the pool access is limited for children.

Breakfast offered much variety and quality. I found Waka in the hotel restaurant always ensured my dietary needs were met with no fuss. She offered a huge smile with her service during each meal.

The room included great quality details and was ample. The room was well-appointed. I had a good view from my window. It overlooked the town and surrounding mountains and was quiet.

The Granvia Lounge provided superb snacks. The views were wonderful for trainspotting. The concierge service was excellent and available. The concierge staff ensured I felt confident about my holiday.

The location is excellent because it is directly above the train station. Access to shopping and dining is very standard. It is easy to get around from here and the location is great for exploring the area.

the room smelled odd the bathroom had carpet i found stained i also didn't like its three-way open design. the bed's firmness wasn't comfortable for me either compared to what i'm used to at home.
