The staff displayed very nice kindness and readily assisted with any inquiries. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle bus service to the train station. I found the location ideal, providing easy access to several key attractions.

The happy hour lounge felt somewhat small given the overall capacity of the hotel.

The room lacked sufficient storage space for clothing. Managing luggage became a constant inconvenience. the complimentary lounge was too small to accommodate the number of guests. This resulted in overcrowding. i question the value for money.

The staff was polite and helpful. I enjoyed the free tour offered by the concierge. It was super interesting. He was very knowledgeable. The location was also good.

The room lacked storage space for clothes. I found this inconvenient. The guest lounge could only accommodate a few people. That was not convenient. There was gin but no tonic.

the location felt so special , within easy reach of peaceful spots. the room felt spacious , with a beautiful bathroom. i also found the complimentary shuttle from the train station convenient.

the breakfast area felt chaotic. i thought the quality of the food at breakfast lacked flavor , and not much effort seemed to be put in. i would have liked more variety.
