the location was GREAT near the train station. i could get around easily.
the staff seemed very mechanical and lacked human TOUCH. i arrived early, and even though i waited for hours, they didn't seem to CARE. at 2 pm, i asked about checking in, and the receptionist said they would let me know when the room was ready but they didn't inform me about anything.

the breakfast buffet was so good. it featured both japanese and western cuisine. the beds had good size and i loved the bathroom, also the separation of the toilet and shower. the public hot both in the hotel was peaceful and the locker room was clean.
reception staff were not as friendly and hospitable as i had appreciate. the robot, it roams the lobby and is a pain. it makes noise and serves no purpose. i was hoping for a warmer welcome, the lobby robot became just a distraction.

handy locationthoughtful touch
i loved the location right by the station. it was super handy for getting around. free coffee and tea were available in a comfortable guest room, i really enjoyed this thoughtful touch.

The hotel's location near the station was advantageous. Access to trains and buses was easy. Amenities were readily available .
The room felt smaller than expected. Suitcases had to remain closed. There was limited space as well as no closet. there were not enough washing machines for the number of guests at the hotel.
