The atrium is fine. I found the staff helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions. The location is superb because it is very near transport links, a great convenience.
The music from an event was disruptive one night. The noise went on until quite late, hindering sleep.

i appreciated the location near Marylebone station. it has one underground line. two more stations are within walking distance. i found the staff cute and friendly. i was happy to find my room spacious and clean. the breakfast was great.
the spa needs more seating, like sunbeds.

the staff i encountered were friendly. hugo at the matt fletcher pub stood out. i also used the spa facilities. they were faultless.
the room looked old. i visited 12 years ago and it was old then. the bathroom was basic. everything was bad, starting from the basin.

the breakfast buffet had many choices, so that was acceptable.
The gym was quite small with limited equipment. there were only two treadmills and one stationary bike, i expected more. the pool area lacked adequate seating. Only about ten loungers were available, and i had to wait for one.
