plentiful breakfast free ice buckets long wait unprepared room
i enjoyed the plentiful breakfast with a lot of choices. the beach was good with many sunbeds and free ice buckets of water. the hotel staff helped me a lot with scanning documents i needed (this was really helpful!).
we arrived at 12 pm, and they asked us to wait. we waited for an hour, and then they said the room wasn't ready yet. they told us, "sorry, it's not ready.

Fantastic Stay on the Palm
spacious room quality towels breakfast selection friendly staff
The room was quite spacious and well kept. The towels were plentiful and of good quality both in the bathroom and for swimming. Breakfast provided an amazing selection. I especially liked the variety of options available. Staff at the front were consistently friendly and helpful. I received assistance with taxis and felt welcomed upon my return each day.
The music was very loud on a couple of nights. It made sleeping difficult.

My king guest room included a balcony and offered ample space for luggage. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower, great. The bed was very comfortable. I slept quite well .

The front office staff was notably kind and helpful, providing professional hospitality. Angie, Kuma, and Alina were really nice too ensure my needs were met, so I really appreciated the personalized service. Their attentiveness.

The hotel offered a well-equipped gym. It included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for a complete workout. The pool area had about twenty loungers and a shaded section, so finding a spot to relax was easy.

Excellent Stay at a Palm Hotel
spacious rooms comfortable beds hotel cleanliness superb service
The rooms are spacious and well-kept. The beds and pillows provided great comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. Justice, the housekeeper did well. The breakfast features plentiful choices. The service was superb.
During lunch and dinner, water was not included, despite having half-board.

The breakfast had a GREAT variety and quality. The pools and restaurants were excellent. I consider this 5-star quality. The hotel is in a fantastic location on Palm Jumeirah.
The room was NOT cleaned well. There were glass and bottle stains all over the surfaces. Coffee was not replaced consistently. I also found a ripped bag of q-tips in the bathroom. It looked to have dry blood on it.. TERRIBLE!

i found the staff helpful and friendly . the room was spacious and included excellent amenities. breakfast offered a great variety of choices and i also loved the closeness to the beach, i could walk there in just a couple of minutes.
The music was loud one night. It made it a bit difficult to sleep until it stopped

the hotel is right next to the beach, access was quick and easy. it's a great spot because you can access other parts quickly in traffic. i loved being able to stroll along the beachfront whenever i wanted.

The room was very clean and had all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. They provided a kids menu. It suited my needs.
The staff at reception was not particularly helpful. I was not told about the 1000 dirham deposit needed upon arrival, it was an inconvenience. I had to pay for early check-in.

the buffet breakfast had lots of choice. i appreciated the variety offered. the staff were accommodating. i was happy with the location near the pool and beach.
upon arrival i waited 50 minutes for my room. this was inconvenient. i asked for a charger for my phone but no one helped. my son found a bag left by a previous guest under the bed. i found this surprising.
