The hotel location is great. It is close to the main train station and I could easily reach many places. The room I was in had plenty of space and a comfy big bed. The hot water pressure was very good also. I liked this.

I noticed the breakfast costs a bit much for what is offered.

I appreciated the friendly front desk staff. They gave a great recommendation for a delicious meal. The room had air conditioning and comfy beds.

The shower was not working properly. It was overused.

The hotel is very close to the city center and located in a nice, quiet area. Reaching the tram station by Belvedere Schloss takes just a couple of minutes of pleasant walking. A metro station is also just a few steps away.

The receptionists were very nice and accommodating. Nikola and Marta are super professional and hospitable, so I was very happy. The front of house staff were friendly and helpful .

I was a bit let down by a couple of things. the carpet in the room seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed properly. I noticed some debris that stayed there throughout my stay. also, the breakfast selection wasn't great for the price. I found limited options and some items weren't replenished quickly enough. this.
