unhelpful staff extra charge
The breakfast was good and included a vast choice of options.
I found the staff was not very helpful. I asked the front desk for an outlet adapter and the concierge provided one. he warned I needed to return it or I would be charged, I didn't like that. It was like I was not trusted.

central location delicious cheeses extensive list
my saturday night stay was pleasant I found the location ideal with convenient access to the thames river uber ferry this made exploring simple the breakfast had many choices and high quality items I enjoyed the charcuterie board with delicious cheeses and meats and the extensive list of spirits at the rooftop bar.

loud noise frozen berries
My room was near cleaning cupboards. Each time staff accessed them, i was woken up by the noise! this disrupted my sleep. i was also disappointed by the breakfast. the variety was appreciated though the frozen berries felt underwhelming, given the standard i associate with hilton.
