SOME ISSUES DURING MY STAY
slow check-in room odor
Check-in was quite slow. The process took longer than expected, and i found it a bit frustrating after a long journey. The room allocated to me had a slight odor. It wasn't overpowering, but noticeable enough to be bothersome.. The smell detracted from the overall comfort.

excellent hotel, marina location
helpful staff clean room good location
i found the staff very helpful and always smiling. the room was clean, and i could walk to jbr in about 10 minutes. the location is quite good overall, near many amenities.
the shower wasn't working properly. the temperature was difficult to adjust, being either too hot or too cold. it was a struggle to find the right setting

the beautiful king room balcony had a comfortable king bed. i found tea, coffee and chai tea provided. a lovely balcony was a welcomed addition for morning coffee. a great sized shower and bath tub were included.

the buffet breakfast offered freshly cooked eggs. it also included cereal, fruit, pastries, and toast. pancakes were available, and a variety of spreads were provided. it was all very fresh.

the swimming pool was a lovely place for cooling off. its size and depth were suitable for most people. there is a supermarket open 24 hours right next door. the hotel also provides good wifi.

the reception, security, and management staff were friendly. they were patient when answering questions. room service staff were professional and efficient. a waiter named ali provided excellent assistance at dinner.

great location and facilities
metro station storage space quality bed
the hotel is close to the metro station. i found adequate storage space in my room. the bed was good quality and allowed for restful sleep each night. i also had a good window view from room.
I noticed the shower wasn't working properly. It was a struggle to get the right temperature.

Breakfast offered many fresh meals with different types of coffee available without limits from 7:30 till 10:30. The restaurant staff was good and smiling. i especially enjoyed having many options.

this hotel is situated near the beach, about a 10-15 minute walk, and also close to the dmcc metro station. marina mall and 24-hour stores are very nearby, offering great convenience. there is a large parking area available too.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. They provided assistance with luggage and responded quickly to requests. housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning the room everyday. it was a nice touch to have water in the room everyday.

balanced stay with some issues
convenient location helpful staff excellent job low showerhead crowded pool few channels
the location was convenient i could walk to the marina within minutes also jbr was nearby breakfast each morning had a good variety the staff were friendly and helpful. the cleaning staff did an excellent job the room was always clean after they visited i appreciate their hard work. the shop near the hotel was convenient for picking up necessities the metro station nearby made travel simple.
the shower head was placed very low to the ground it was hard to wash my hair properly it may be a design problem. the pool area tended to be crowded it was hard to find a spot to relax also the gym was quite small. the tv had few english channels i was hoping for a wider selection of options flimsy bag stand wasn't very useful.

convenient location fresh options polite service
The hotel location proved convenient. I found the tram and metro within a short walk. marina mall was accessible with a walk, taking approximately 20 minutes. breakfast offered fresh options with different varieties each morning. the staff by the swimming pool provided helpful and polite service. in-room meal delivery was prompt, and the food arrived warm.
the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. it fluctuated between very hot and cold. also, i noticed hair strands in the wardrobe when i first checked in. i could hear sounds from the adjacent room .
