The hotel location proved convenient. I found the tram and metro within a short walk. marina mall was accessible with a walk, taking approximately 20 minutes. breakfast offered fresh options with different varieties each morning. the staff by the swimming pool provided helpful and polite service. in-room meal delivery was prompt, and the food arrived warm.
the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. it fluctuated between very hot and cold. also, i noticed hair strands in the wardrobe when i first checked in. i could hear sounds from the adjacent room .

i found metro access quite simple. it allows easy travel around the area. neisa assisted with my room arrangement. she was also helpful when i extended my stay. the room was super clean and comfy.
the shower temperature was hard to set. it was sometimes too hot or too cold. the correct temperature was difficult to find. this needs work.
