admirable stay

friendly staffgood foodbathroom lighting
I found the reception area very cute and the staff friendly. The provision for plug sockets throughout the room was a practical benefit. i enjoyed the good food selection available in the evening, especially the light bite options from the bar. Everything was well-presented. the room's interior design was beautiful, especially the bathroom and its lighting.
the club spa access was an additional charge. i think there should be more affordable options for overnight guests.

mixed experience due to several issues

incorrect communicationrushed breakfast
the stay started badly with a room change needed due to noise from a downstairs party. a subsequent room lacked a bath, though i had booked a room with one. after a third move, i finally got a satisfactory room, but it wasted much time. breakfast felt rushed because i received incorrect information about service hours. the breakfast items were being cleared away earlier than i was told.

The conservatory offered a nice, simple lunch. Everything tasted fresh. the staff were attentive and professional, especially lun, my waiter. the food was AMAZING!!!

decent facilities but service issues

stained towelconstant door slamming
i found a couple of things quite disappointing. firstly, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. a stained bathroom towel with makeup was left in my room, and despite reporting it, it wasn't replaced until late in the evening. secondly, the noise was a problem with thin walls and constant door slamming creating a disturbance.

tiered spastaff coordination
The tiered spa access was a letdown. Paying extra for full access felt unfair. Staff coordination was also lacking. I experienced conflicting information and slow service. Coffee orders were delayed and lounge chairs in the spa were often unavailable, impacting the overall experience. I expected better service and communication for the price.
