The location proved convenient. It was easy reaching the hotel using public transport. The staff was lovely and always willing to help. The breakfast service provided a good variety of choices.
The bedroom had some issues. I found no drawers available for clothing storage. The absence of a fridge in the room was also noticeable. The power points were not conveniently positioned.

The hotel is near the tram line from the airport and the city center. breakfast offered plenty of choice. i had dinner one night. It was a very nice tapas-style dinner with good wines. the staff was helpful.
rooms lack attention. cleaners do an average job, and the place needs a good scrub

This hotel REALLY missed the mark for me. i found the room quite small AND there was significant street noise all night long, despite supposedly soundproof windows. additionally, the air conditioning was not effective. The room remained uncomfortably warm during my entire stay. clearly, attention to detail and guest Comfort are not priorities HERE.

the location was very convenient. the tram to and from the airport was only a minute away. the cathedral was about a 5-minute walk (which i enjoyed). the staff members were very friendly, greeting me with a smile and a 'bonjour'.
i encountered a non-functional hair dryer. i reported it late in the evening, so no immediate solution was available. the bed felt too soft. i experienced some back strain after the first night.

The rooms provide double windows to ensure quietness. A tramway stop is very near for convenient access to transportation. Breakfast had an amazing choice and the buffet was excellent.
