the well chosen things. the bed was very comfortable. the staff were cute (always a plus!). the lively bar provided a great atmosphere.
i was disappointed to find that i had been overcharged for meals that weren't mine. some of the meals and drinks were added to my room. this hasn't been resolved yet.

The room was clean. It was of a great size. The staff are lovely. They was very friendly.
I was told the pub and restaurant would be closed after paying. I was not offered any complimentary drinks. There was no hot water the following morning too.
