admirable stay!
mrt station helpful staff
i found the mrt station located very close, providing excellent city connectivity. the staff were helpful, especially with arranging last-minute restaurant reservations for new year's eve celebrations. the rooms felt spacious with a comfortable bed.
the club lounge, especially the pool area, looks great but service was below expectations. food was repetitive and the bathroom layout posed some issues! i hope for more effective water drainage.

the pool on the 21st floor provided a nice, cooling respite from the humid weather. complimentary wellness activities included foot and neck massages which added a relaxing touch to the stay.

the hotel is conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. direct access to the mrt station allows easy transport throughout the city. access to central areas is straightforward from this location

excellent location underground station chinatown access opaque glass wall breakfast choice same pastry
the hotel location is excellent it is right across from an underground station. chinatown is easily accessible. the hotel provided everything i needed for my stay.
the glass wall between the room and the bathroom was not opaque i found this odd. the breakfast choices were not the best each morning. there was the same pastry offered

Excellent Hotel with Great Location
comfortable bed club lounge
i stayed in a club room. the bed was very comfortable. all necessary amenities were available in the room (i used the safe). access to the club lounge all day was great, it provided drinks and light snacks. i also enjoyed the club level swimming pool.
i had an issue with my room cards. upon returning to the hotel around 12:15 pm on my last day, i found that they had already deactivated. this was an unnecessary inconvenience (it required a trip back to reception). i had a guaranteed 4 pm check-out.

the rooftop area included a uniquely designed swimming pool with seating and lounging options. sanitary facilities. on the 12th floor, a comfortable sitting area was available , great for relaxation and casual meetings.

the staff were attentive and friendly, with several team members offering help. the concierge was helpful in arranging transportation and providing local information. the front desk staff was particularly accommodating (i noticed their warm smiles).

club floor excellent amenities musty smell small rooms
i was impressed with the club floor. the amenities were excellent. nanthini, atirah, darma, and hakim were also very friendly. their hospitality was splendid.
the musty smell in the rooms was not ideal, and air freshener was used. the rooms felt small. i noticed the hallway carpet had some stains and the stairs looked dirty.
