unenforced pool hours disruptive cleaning policy
The adult-only pool hours were not enforced. There were many children. this made relaxation difficult. the room was not cleaned during my two-night stay, even when i was out for hours. a do-not-disturb tag resulted in a note instead of a cleaning later. i found that particularly disruptive.

fine scenes prompt delivery efficient concierge ready accommodation
the views were amazing from my room, offering fine scenes. requesting extra water and a luggage rack resulted in prompt delivery. concierge services were efficient, suggesting excellent dining spots. the staff ensured i was accommodated even without a reservation at the gŎng bar.

complimentary upgrade amazing view window seat
The service was perfect. Upon arrival, i received a complimentary upgrade. The room had amazing views. The staff accommodated my request to relocate to a window seat at the GŎNG Bar.
The minibar charge was on my card, though they assured me they had waived it.

The room had anything someone could possibly require. The bath provided an very nice view. Robes and slippers were available in the room, ensuring comfort and convenience after using the facilities.

the staff was really attentive from arrival to departure. jehan at the front desk ensured i had a room with a great view, greatly appreciated! i enjoyed a fine sunrise over tower bridge from my bathtub. the hotel offers unique views of the skyline.
there was a small detail i noticed, the variety in the restaurant could be slightly broader.
