the hotel staff was very cute. they accompanied us to the room and assisted with any questions. heated toilets were a plus , especially during colder days. the decor throughout the hotel was striking.
the beautiful king room felt smaller than expected . the room faced an internal courtyard , which meant there was limited natural light. i also noticed some noise from the rooms above at times.

the location was alright, right in the center and fairly close to transportation.
The room i got WAS small, basically a closet with a bed. i asked for a beautiful king room, but it felt more like a single. plus, the noise at night was just plain bad. I could hear everything from the street and nearby rooms. i expected better soundproofing in such an expensive hotel.

The staff were always happy and ready to help. I also had a Sunday roast at Whitcomb's (it was very tasty).
I stayed in a Beautiful King Room. I would have preferred a steam iron instead of the provided steamer for clothes. The location is super busy. It is right on Leicester Square.

i found heated toilet seats in the room i stayed in and the mirrored features created a great design the hotel had a nice ambience and the staff was helpful the in room service met all my expectations everything was lovely and tender
i found that the minibar was a bit too stocked leaving little space for my own things however this was a very slight inconvenience
