The staff at reception were indeed helpful.
The neighborhood felt unsafe at night. I noticed trash everywhere and groups of youths were present. The absence of air conditioning was also a problem, it made the room uncomfortable.

i stayed in a double room the room was clean the bed was comfortable the bathroom was very spacious it had a separated shower area. the staff was friendly and helpful they were quick to answer questions. i appreciated the fast wifi connection it was stable throughout the hotel.
the immediate surrounding area was a bit noisy during the night

Reception was quite friendly. the room was clean and tidy with all necessary equipment. its location is near the city center. I took about a ten-minute walk. i found the bed comfortable.
i noticed there were no tea or coffee making facilities, nor a fridge in the room. it would have been a great addition. hot water for tea wasn't easily accessible, requiring staff assistance, somewhat inconvenient, especially being on the third floor.

the parking area was quite spacious, particularly for an underground parking lot in the downtown area. i could easily park with my compact suv. there was also an automatic water dispenser, which i consider a major plus.

while i didn't personally try breakfast, it seemed like a great option. the option for dinner was also available. i observed the dining area looked very clean and well-organized with a decent variety of food. the food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel had underground parking, so that was a huge plus. the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me an early check-in too! the hotel itself is modern, and i found it to be very clean and quiet. I appreciated that.
The evening receptionist wasn't very cute. she refused to serve drinks to us while serving someone else. I found that very unfair!
