The hotel is in a calm part of the city and it is nicely decorated.
Room cleaning was disappointing. Teas and coffees were not renewed for several days. The toilet was not cleaned adequately, suggesting a lack of attention. I did not find slippers in the room for such a price.

the hotel location is convenient there is a tram station nearby making it easy to access the city. the room was spacious comfortable and featured beautiful decor.
room cleaning was not satisfactory tea and coffee supplies were not renewed. the toilet was not cleaned properly at one point suggesting no inspection occurred i also noticed a lack of slippers considering the price point.

excellent stay, highly recommended
comfortable bedearly arrivalnon-functional air conditioning
the room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. staff helped us arrive early and find a room, this allowed us to unpack quickly. the bathroom included both a shower and a tub.
the air conditioning did not seem to work at all. even with the window open, the room remained hot. it needs an upgrade for sure.

parking was available at the venue. the hotel offers convenient access to transportation, with bus and tram stops located nearby. this made travel to the city center quite easy and efficient.
