really good stay!
easy access friendly staff diverse breakfast comfortable bed
the hotel's location worked perfectly as it gave me easy access to public transport. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any inquiries i had. i particularly enjoyed the diverse and tasty breakfast buffet. the hotel had a luxurious feel and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep.
i noticed a slight delay in having the hold amount removed from my card after checkout.

the spacious room included a combined bathtub and shower, offering both options for relaxation or quick refreshment. design of the room balanced well with a cosy english type of comfort, and everything seemed carefully considered to provide a relaxing environment. the bed was really comfortable.

inadequate cleaning missing slippers
The hotel is in a calm part of the city and it is nicely decorated.
Room cleaning was disappointing. Teas and coffees were not renewed for several days. The toilet was not cleaned adequately, suggesting a lack of attention. I did not find slippers in the room for such a price.

convenient location spacious room poor cleaning missing amenities
the hotel location is convenient there is a tram station nearby making it easy to access the city. the room was spacious comfortable and featured beautiful decor.
room cleaning was not satisfactory tea and coffee supplies were not renewed. the toilet was not cleaned properly at one point suggesting no inspection occurred i also noticed a lack of slippers considering the price point.

unavailable parking closed bar
on arrival, i learned it was first-come, first-served. the bar was closed on sunday evening.. the staff did not mention this at check-in.

excellent stay, highly recommended
comfortable bed early arrival
the room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. staff helped us arrive early and find a room, this allowed us to unpack quickly. the bathroom included both a shower and a tub.
the air conditioning did not seem to work at all. even with the window open, the room remained hot. it needs an upgrade for sure.
