some issues DETRACTED from the experience

inconsistent qualitypoor service
The breakfast quality wasn't what i HOPED for. It felt a little inconsistent. getting a massage at the spa was more difficult than it should have been. i asked for a massage and never received a call back to schedule. This was disappointing because i REALLY needed to relax. the staff needs more training

i Found the gardens to be beautifully kept. the pool area included plenty of space to relax. the fire show near the beach provided excellent entertainment. the location gives many options for activities nearby.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, switching between hot and cold.

our Beautiful Family Room featured amenities such as an ice machine, much appreciated by the kids. room service was prompt, which i found helpful when we preferred to dine in. the room was clean and well maintained.

the resort features multiple pools. i noticed there is a water play area, and a kids club. the gym has modern equipment. there are shops available directly within the resort, that is very convenient.

i Received friendly and helpful service from nearly all the staff. i saw great teamwork from the sales team and front office. i found the Javana Lounge staff to be quite attentive. housekeeping kept everything clean.

the breakfast buffet offered great Variety. The Italian restaurant served tasty pizza and pasta. the International & Seafood Galore Buffet featured a good selection. Bar staff were attentive and friendly, something i appreciated.

inviting lobbykind receptiondirect beach access
the hotel lobby looked inviting with a kind reception upon my arrival. i found the staff consistently ready to attend to my needs. the hotel provided direct access to the beach, which i appreciated. the seafood buffet dinner also included promotions.
the hotel slippers were not clean i noticed one under the tv cabinet

inconsistent experience

peeling painterratic service
the room, a premier double room sea view, showed its age. i observed peeling paint in the bathroom and a persistent musty odor. the poolside service was erratic. I pressed the buzzer several times without anyone appearing to take my order.
