The check-in process was chaotic. the room allocation was incorrect with a small bed. It was not the king size that was advertised. we had to switch rooms as a result.

the staff was very professional and helpful! they showed us amazing views of the city from the bar. i really enjoyed the convenient location and excellent service provided by the hotel team, especially in the bar.
the sink plug was jammed though. the hotel really wasn't as modern looking as i expected

the hotel was cleaned very well. staff was friendly. emily at the front desk was cute upon check in. jason, the doorman, was polite.
the executive lounge had a very frosty gentleman working at the front desk. his attitude was not good. i reminded me of a burden when i went in. i didn't reminded me of i had access to freedom and flexibility i was suppose to have.
