i had four suitcases. no one opened the door for me. staff at the reception did not seem eager to help, though they saw us. it made my heart sink..

the location was great near the opera house. the free mini bar included nice extras. transfers to the airport were available. the room was amazing it included comfy beds and a great shower room.
sound insulation from other rooms was not effective i was moved to a smaller room and paid the same rate

a charming stay

immaculate roomwelcome wine
the room was looked super fresh and featured underfloor heating in the toilet. lovely shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion were provided. i found a coffee bean machine , made great coffee. complimentary red and white wine, water, coca cola, and juice were available. i took the wine from my room to dinner at the restaurant, a very welcome touch.

The room had a coffee maker. Hot water arrived quickly when I asked for it. Juice, water, and Austrian wine were complimentary in the fridge. I could enjoy the complimentary wine in my room. I could also take it to the restaurant with my meal.

The entire staff was very accommodating , and I found customer service to be really good. Reception staff organized services for us, including drivers and restaurant reservations. Everything related to these arrangements went perfectly during my time here.
