The location IS very central. Staff were friendly and helpful when i asked for assistance. Parking on site was useful and easily accessible.
The room got very cold when I arrived. It took a long time to heat up adequately. I had to ask for the room to be serviced as this was not done automatically .

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

dark roomuninviting area
The room felt quite dark. The outside drinking area was not inviting at all. It was like sitting in the car park among dead plants and dirty ashtrays. The staff member who showed us to our room didn't seem particularly cute (she actually made us wait while she continued clearing tables).
