convenient parking helpful concierge fabulous pool
i liked the convenient concierge parking. Ferdi and the other concierges were very helpful. i found the staff to be among the nicest i have met in australia. the pool area looked fabulous.

darling harbour is within easy WALKING distance, offering many dining options. this is a definite bonus for travelers WHO want to EXPLORE nearby attractions without relying on transportation. plenty of food choices exist right in THE building, TOO.

The staff were helpful, and they gave me an upgrade to a premium king suite. It was such a nice surprise. the suite was very spacious, and the bed was so comfortable i slept very well. the buffet breakfast had a good selection. I found a lot of options i enjoyed.
The check-in queues were long. It took a while to get to the front. i could hear footsteps from the hallway. This was quite distracting. some amenities were missing. There were no drinking glasses in the room.
