Convenient Stay with Stellar Service
quiet room quick assistance seamless transfer helpful staff
The staff was very helpful with directions. I asked for a quiet room and got one facing away from the main street. The hotel provided quick assistance when I needed an adapter, it arrived in minutes. The concierge arranged a seamless airport transfer.
The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours, sometimes I waited several minutes.

Staff provided prompt assistance with luggage, and always had a smile, it made the check-in process fast. They offered turn-down service each evening, and were always keen to help. I appreciate that.

Breakfast includes an omelet station and fresh fruit. The in-house restaurant offers a wide selection of wines. The lobby cafe had pastries. I also noticed a special gluten free menu.

My room included a stocked mini-bar with complimentary soft drinks. The bathroom featured two sinks and provided robes. The bed had premium linens, it was lovely. High-speed internet access was available.

huge television comfortable bed walk-in shower
The room had a huge television. the bed was very comfortable in an excellent room with both a bath and a walk-in shower. i got early access to the room at about 10:30am after arriving early. Celia enabled me to shower in the spa beforehand!!!
The hotel building needs a major refurbishment. It's dark and outdated and smells fusty.

true attentiveness harbour views luxury bedding turndown service
the staff showed true attentiveness. the room had very nice harbour views from the window. the luxury bedding and quality amenities added to the stay. housekeeping cleaned the rooms to a high standard and hotel offered a turndown service each evening.
the pool area felt slightly dated.
