mixed feelings about my stay
inconsistent room serviceslamming doors
i was frustrated that the room service was so inconsistent. despite requesting a room cleaning twice, it never happened during my entire stay. also, my tea caddy was never refilled and my bins remained full for five nights. this meant i ran out of tea and sugar. plus the hotel was noisy. there was music until 10 pm and doors slammed until midnight every night

Charming Inn with Excellent Food

I found the garden room really good and clean. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. An evening meal was delicious, and I really appreciated the kind, polite staff. I will recommend a stay to my friends.
The room was directly above the bar and restaurant. Music played until 10 PM, and doors slammed until midnight, which might bother light sleepers.

the staff were generally helpful and responsive during check-in.
My room was quite small and that was not ideal for unpacking my luggage. the lack of a fridge was also problematic. I needed to store some snacks. additionally, the wifi signal was unstable making it difficult to work.

I stayed in a garden room. IT was recently renovated and SO beautiful. The facilities in the room were AMAZING. The bathroom was huge. A car park IS available , made arrival easy.
The wifi SIGNAL was a bit weak in the room.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was warm and clean. It had everything I needed. Milk was offered for the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The bedroom was small. The pillows were not of the standard I would expect for the price. Each morning at breakfast, they asked if I wanted my room cleaned. I thought this was a bit odd.

the garden was gorgeous. staff were super friendly and helpful . i thought breakfast was really good too. the room had amazing little touches including robes, it was fab! i seemed like i was in a dream!
