broken blindunderwhelming breakfast
The welcome on arrival included tea and cake. It was nice. Our room was tired though. I found mold in the shower area, and the carpets looked quite dirty. One blind was broken, and the shower head was faulty. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing seemed hot, especially the tea and coffee. The cooked breakfast was underwhelming. The poached eggs were tiny and hard.

i enjoyed the warm welcome upon arrival. tea and cake. the staff provided helpful information about the surrounding area. i found the hotel super clean, and my room had ample space with a large, accessible shower room.
the breakfast room felt a bit chilly on both mornings. the radiators were off. coffee could have been stronger to start the day better.

The staff greeted me warmly. The location proved convenient with its proximity to local shops. My room offered generous space and featured furniture crafted from ash wood. I found the breakfast delicious each morning .
The absence of a reception area felt a bit unusual. I noticed the pillows provided were quite firm. The shower pressure was lower than I preferred and impacted my experience negatively.

low shower pressureroad traffic noise
I found some issues . The shower had very little water pressure and the temperature fluctuated quite a bit. The room faced the road, so traffic noise was noticeable even late at night. These things impacted my ability to relax fully.
