fine room perfect location complimentary upgrade
The room was fine and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location proved perfect for dining out, with several excellent restaurants within easy reach. A complimentary upgrade with a bath was a lovely gesture. The decor and on-site parking were both excellent.
The breakfast felt rather limited and no one offered refills. The tea was lukewarm. The 'grazing' table was underwhelming. I expected a bit more variety.

i loved the pre-stay communication. We arrived late, yet we still received a responsive and helpful welcome. The parking IS immediately behind the hotel, and it's easy located.
the restaurant was small. Subsequently when we arrived, we couldn't book for dinner.

i booked a superior beautiful room. it felt small. i think it was really poor value.
