ABSOLUTELY stellar stay!

amazing ingredientspowerful showercomfy beddelicious food

I found AMAZING ingredients at the breakfast buffet. It was both cooked and continental, so I sampled a bit of both. The leisure facilities offered cardio equipment and weights, which I used to my full advantage, it was fantastic. I experienced a very POWERFUL shower later, getting me ready for a comfy bed and a decent night's sleep. I dined at the sports barwith great food, it was delicious.

The cups and water glasses were not much bigger than a thimble. This detail was quite annoying.

The hotel is near a parking spot just near the entrance. This allows easy access to the hotel facilities. I really enjoyed how close the parking was to the building.

My room was spacious, clean, and VERY wide. I stayed on the 2nd floor, just around the corner from the leisure facilities, which allowed me quick access to the gym. The room had great proximity to the spa.

The sports bar had great availability and the staff were friendly. The food was fresh, plentiful and very tasty. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.

i attended a family wedding the day was perfect the service was amazing the food was lovely. the grounds are beautiful the men played golf the day before. the ladies enjoyed the spa and wellness area we had a two-bedroom apartment. both rooms have an en-suite the lounge and kitchen area is much bigger than expected

i found the gym was not well air conditioned i got warmer than usual. music from circuit training was audible in rooms near the upper gym floor. the king's restaurant was fully booked at 7:30 pm without prior reservation

the gym is spacious and well equipped it offers a great view. the pool is clean spacious and relatively quiet with a maximum depth of 1.4 metres. the wellbeing suite includes two saunas a hot tub and hot beds

our two-bedroom apartment featured en-suite bathrooms for each room. the lounge and kitchen area was larger than anticipated. the bed was wide consisting of two large singles combined together creating ample space

the wedding food was lovely carvery had great choices and the sports bar offered lunch and drinks. breakfast offered good quality food with an excellent range. i appreciated the meals i had in the sports bar

A Grateful Stay

The spa treatment was very nice. I enjoyed the room amenities, including an ironing board and blackout curtains. I also appreciated being located close to leisure facilities.

The A/C did not work. I found this disappointing, especially after trying the QR code guide. I also thought the reception staff did not handle complaints very well, as they offered a £20 voucher after a bad experience.
