central locationlate noisemany stairs
the location was definitely a plus, putting me right in the heart of things.
the noise at night was a real problem! i could hear people yelling and music blaring until late. i also found the stairs a bit much, especially with luggage.

The location was central. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with my bags. the room was equipped with tea and coffee facilities. That was a very nice touch.
The noise from the street was noticeable at times. That did disrupt my sleep slightly.

my room was a good size. the super central location helped me a lot. they was excellent shower facilities, it really made me happy.
the pillows was flat, i didn't get much sleep. checkout process was verbally, and i forgot after the 5 nights.

Good Location with Some Noise Issues

The location was central. It was ideal for seeing shows at the Northcott Theatre. The room was decorated tastefully. It kept the age of the building in mind.
Room 3 had noise from revellers. Shouting and cheering seemed just behind the bedroom wall. The noise was quite loud until late. I found the bed too soft. It had a noticeable gap in the middle because it was two singles strapped together.
