i loved this hotel's location it's fantastic i found the staff very attentive plus the room was a good size it even had comfortable beds. i especially appreciated the daily towel changes it was like a real treat. wayne was particularly helpful he were very good too assist us .

the room could have been slightly cooler the air conditioning wasn't quite as effective as i hoped still i slept well.

the breakfast offered plenty of choice with a wide variety of options to choose from and the bar restaurant offered good food i found something i liked every time. the service was fast and friendly in a relaxed atmosphere.

the hotel is super central with easy access to major attractions and i noticed it is close to oxford road rail station it made getting around so easy. numerous bars restaurants and shops are located nearby adding to the convenience this location provides.

The room was spacious. Blackout curtains were great (and really helped me sleep!). I found the location very convenient, close to transport and within walking distance of shops. The shower was also great.

I found the breakfast buffet subpar. There were limited plates and cutlery. I also noticed that the coffee at breakfast was shocking. The bar area seemed dirty with dirty glasses.

i was excited. the staff were so helpful and friendly, they greeted me with smiles every time i passed by! the room was very clean and the housekeeping was great, they really made sure i had everything i needed. it was awesome, i totally enjoyed my stay here.

the plug in the sink was great, though the bed moved every time you sat on it.
