the apartment was large with much space for my family. public transport was a short walk away, so getting around was easy. the pool was nice, and i liked the sauna. it's rare to have such a great pool.

i could not open the blinds because of it.

the location was good with easy access to darling harbour and the light rail, that was acceptable.

The tv was so outdated, i could barely watch anything on it. the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was just too hard. the bathroom shower screen was too small. Water went everywhere, and the shower head was fixed at a child's height. applying, twice.

Check-in created problems. The staff seemed disorganized. i booked a one-bedroom apartment, but i received keys to a studio. the room faced an internal wall, and the hallway lighting meant sleeping was difficult, since it remained brightly lit.
